Our consulting services begin with analysing the brand and creating a marketing & sales roadmap for the “customer journey”. By building a strategy that mixes our client’s ideal customer persona with a persona with a professional media perspective, we are able to convey impactful, customer-oriented public relations that cannot be achieved by typical advertising techniques. From strategic design for sales increase to key performance indicator (KPI) and qualitative evaluation, we support our clients’ needs with our consulting and business support services. Although each client’s case may require different PR & digital marketing strategies, the following is the standard workflow.

Our first priority is to raise awareness and collect target customer leads, find virtual channels, key messages, influential target audiences with minimum cost. These PR & digital marketing services follow a monthly retainer (3 ~ 12) months and include:

- Bi-monthly video call for developing new angles
- Develop positioning, target audience (persona)
- Select/prioritize various marketing channels
- Improve strategy and adapt the message to the target audience
BRAND EXPANSION & LEAD GENERATION (Phase II)
After clarifying the message and the target customer persona, Phase II (yearly retainer) aims to spread the information more widely and conduct advertising activities that lead to building brand awareness and increasing quantitative and qualitative customers.
Finally, we can formalize the marketing and sales funnel.
Since long term brand expansion & lead generation is vastly different per each company and brand, we do not have a standardized plan.
